I've been writing Haiku poems for decades but, with rare exception, they've been hiding in old journals and notebooks. As I "dig" them out (and write new ones), I'll post them on this blog along with a few longer poems. During 2011, I challenged myself to write at least one haiku poem a day to post on the blog. And I did.

In My Dream (2) ...
I was confronted for touching a man's shoulder. I resigned and left.
Homophobia? Or did I touch an old wound? Maybe it was both.
So what happened next? Sharpened up my boundaries, No more playful touch.
